Privacy Notice
What this notice covers
Terva's production website does not provide user accounts or use analytics or advertising trackers. It accepts requests to join Terva's private beta.
Private beta requests
When you request an invite, Terva collects your email address and your description of what you would like help managing. We use this information to review, respond to, and manage private beta access.
A request is not marketing consent. We do not sell beta-request information or use it for targeted advertising, and we verify ownership of the address before granting access.
Service providers and technical information
Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request information, including IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, and system information, to deliver, secure, and operate it. You can read the Vercel Privacy Notice.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser, device, network, and challenge information to protect the request form from abuse. Terva sends the requesting IP address to Cloudflare when it verifies the short-lived Turnstile token.
Terva converts the requesting IP address into a keyed one-way identifier for short-lived Redis Cloud rate-limit counters. Accepted requests are stored in Terva's Neon-hosted PostgreSQL database.
Retention and your choices
We keep a beta request until the private beta ends, for no longer than 12 months. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your request sooner by emailing team@terva.dev.
Contact
If you email team@terva.dev, Terva uses your email address and the information in your message to respond.
